6:00pm-6:50 pm- Cocktails & Hors d’oeuvres in the Pontchartrain & Georgian Room (same as last year)
6:50 pm- Ring Chimes for guests to be seated for dinner in the Main Dining Room
7:00 pm- Welcome & Prayer and Dinner Begins
8:15 pm- Guests proceed to the 4th Floor for the bouts (Same as Last year)
8:20 pm- We are to have the following people in the ring: Alison Wagner (Singing the National Anthem), (3) coaches, Mr. Smiley (DAC President), Mr. Brodie (DAC Foundation President), Mark Cleary & Mike Jensen.
· Glen Smiley Welcomes and Introduces Mark Cleary
· Mark to introduce Alison Wagner to sing the Star Spangle Banner
· Mark Introduces Dick Brodie
· Dick Brodie Announces Sponsors, Directors and Committee
· Presents Checks to the Coaches
· Dick Brodie Introduces Mike Jensen
· Mike Jensen Announces new trophy & presentation of check

8:40 pm- First Bout begins

11:30 pm- After the last bout all of the teams will be asked into the ring and the new trophy for the winner of the boxing classic will be announced and handed out for a standing ovation.
